However, the seller was completely helpful and immediately sent out the right sized filter. On both occasions the filter was well protected for posting and was exactly as described (apart from the first being the wrong size). Error aside, the very positive experience; reassuring that when things go a bit wrong, vendors are out there that really do give excellent customer service. Thank you!
