I contacted the seller to confirm it was dropped off at the post office, and they immediately offered to refund my purchase since it seemed like it might have been lost. I decided to give it another couple of weeks before requesting the refund and the item showed up a few days later. Excellent customer service and the card arrived exactly as described. Would gladly purchase from this seller again!
