We swapped keys by post and now I am able to unlock my top box. Thank you very much Rick.

Thanks 👍👍👍 (replacement Kappa top box key)

Great value - much cheaper than replacing the mailbox, and the keys were well wrapped and delivered safely through my letterbox (thankfully not into the locked mailbox!)
