Auspost lost my parcel and when I contacted The Boot Warehouse they got me sorted with my item at my door in under 24hrs. Top quality boots at the best price anywhere. I don't even bother looking at other seller options now, I've bought several pairs from these guys over the years and I have been reliably happy each and every time. Trust me, purchase from here with confidence and you won't regret it.

Contacted, they quickly replied, apologised, sent correct size and a free mail coupon to return incorrect items. So while there was a small issue, the way it was handled means they are a company I would prefer to deal with.

I recently found the same Mongrel work boots very slightly cheaper on another Australian site and placed an order . Weeks passed and no boots. Out of stock , supply issues etc. Eventually lost patience and asked for a refund and immediately reordered from TBW. Arrived 2 days later. Learnt my lesson . Excellent
