I thought they would be a little sticky on the bottom but not really. I swept and scrubbed the stairs a few times before putting them down to ensure a clean surface and they still slip and move...maybe I just got a bad batch.

One package came one day, was worried about other one not being there too. So e-mailed seller about it and they were right on it, said it would co me next day. And it did so no problem. Packed well, instructions could have been a bit clearer, but were able to figure out pretty well. Would definitely buy from seller again!
