While mistakes can happen we never leave a negative review but the seller didn't take responsibility and started accusing us of trying to scam him. we have been selling and buying on eBay for almost 25 years and never dealt with such a seller. The box came from QSC. I open the box check the unit and add more packaging before sending it to you. I don't understand. check my e-bay. you are the one accusing us we sold you used parts.
