Complete transparency, and delivered what I expected, which is fast, looks exactly like what I ordered. Also the quality is superb. I got the tan cap, however would have liked to see other colors. I didn't see blue cap until after I ordered the tan one. But you definitely saved me time and money shopping through you, instead of going to the spring fair and hoping to find it. So bravo! It was the USPS where sat in Richmond, VA for almost a week. Only thing is I sent a message to seller asking about shipment but, never heard back!
