1.1 PayPal from worldwide buyers, subject to below requirements;
1.2 Item will be despatched on successful realisation of funds into our PayPal account only
1.3 Item will be despatched to PayPal account registered address only
1.4 We do not offer collection in person
1.5 We do not ship to Cuba, Sudan, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Syria, Somalia, Ghana, Rwanda, Congo, Zimbabwe, Uzbekistan & Nigeria.
1.6 We prefer the buyer to have minimum of 5 Positive Feedbacks.
1.7 If you can not meet the above criteria, please contact us first and get the approval before you go ahead with the purchase. Failure to comply with the above, we reserve the right to cancel the sale.
2.1 All items will be dispatched Monday to Friday from our UK based warehouse (Excluding Pre-Order Products).
2.2 All orders received before 6am (GMT) from Monday to Friday, will usually be despatched on the same day.
2.3 Within UK, orders up to £50.00 will be despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery
2.4 Within UK, orders worth over £50.01 will be despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery
2.5 Overseas / International buyer’s all orders up to £99.99 will be despatched via Royal Mail International Sing For delivery method.
2.6 Overseas / International buyer’s all orders over GBP £100 / USD $ 150 / AUD $ 190 / EUR 120, will be despatched via FedEx or Similar Courier Service.
2.7 Import / Customs Duty : The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the UK & European Union, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance including import/customs duty must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

4. RETURN POLICY
4.1 If you are not satisfied with you purchase, you may return it to us for a refund.
4.2 All returns must be pre authorised and please contact us immediately via ebay contact option with the reason for your return.
4.3 All return requests must be initiated to us within 14 days, from the day you receive delivery of the item(s).
4.4 Sealed and Unused Items – Full Refund excluding Shipping & Return Shipping Cost to be deducted.
4.5 Unsealed / Used / Tested Items – Partial Refund + Shipping & Return Shipping Cost to be deducted.
4.6 Please note that all returned box(es) unsealed/opened/used/tested goods are subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee
4.7 All items must be return in their original packaging, with all contents and in a resealable condition.

Note: All customer returns must be accompanied by an appropriate courier with online tracking and to obtained signature on delivery.
4.9 All customers are advised to keep safely the proof of payment for returning item(s)' deliver along with the confirmation note or slip provided by the relevant mail or courier service with tracking number on it, until we confirm the safe receipt of your return item(s).
4.10 Customers are required to bear the cost of returning the item and we do not accept or can not be held accountable for lost or damage of the item whilst in transit to us.
4.11 Soon after our ‘Returns Dept’ has received your returned item(s)' package, the necessary actions will be initiated to process your refund and this process could take up to five working days.
4.12 Your refund will be made on the same mode of payment you used to make the payment at the initial purchase & no alternative methods are allowed.
