The DVD's were to be a bday gift. I had to find the set at a local store at a higher cost. So the convenience of "online shopping" was once again a negative. IMO the DVD case and disc would NOT have been damaged had they been in a proper shipping box with packing paper or peanuts, or bubble wrap. I hope it wasn't previously damaged and listed knowing of the damage.The Big Bang Theory: The Complete Series Season 1-12 (DVD 37-Disc Box Set) New (#286697571462)

Safely shipped and arrived quickly. Quite a feat given that these discs were released as individual seasons spread out over a period of years. My appreciation to the seller, and I look forward to doing business with them again.
