Great communication. Shipping was very quick and the floor tom was extremely well packaged. The drum is exactly as described and arrived in perfect shape. And the price was very good. The only downside was the hardware that was temporarily installed into the brackets broke due to cross threading. The seller also reported that they inspected their stock and had the same issue. The sound is of superior quality for this price range, and the hardware is brand new. I cannot speak to the value of this item in general because I do not own other Armory series drums. Now I’m going to keep this series in mind. Seller was honest about a small scratch beforehand, which indicates trustworthiness.
