They actually sent me part of the box w/the label in a P.O. sealed bag with no wire. Contacted the seller and he immediately sent out a replacement to rectify the situation. When I contacted the seller, seller were rude and accused me of lying. I had to take photos to prove the item was used. I intended to return it, but the packaging box arrived damaged, and the FedEx store refused to accept the return due to the box's condition.The seller did not offer a partial refund, so in good faith, I decided to accept the loss. be carful buying from this seller.
