I pointed this out to the seller and although they looked for the missing item, they couldn't find it. The seller refunded the cost of the book plus they removed part of the shipping cost. Although it did arrive a few days late, it was definitely worth $18 for a densely packed, 1000 paged textbook with lots and lots of questions to reinforce your understanding.
