That was the whole reason I wanted this computer. The seller was very kind. He had a technician work with me to try to fix the problem and when it did not work, he paid for return shipping. I am waiting now for my refund which he reassured me would be in full. It seems like a very good company to do business with and I would not hesitate to try again to get a Windows 7 computer with DVD player.
