Terms & Conditions Revised
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this website. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions (Terms), the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:

"Contract", means the contract between the Company and the Buyer which shall be deemed to incorporate these Terms.
"Goods", means any goods agreed in the Contract to be supplied by the Company to the Buyer.
In these Terms, reference to any statute or statutory provision shall be construed as a reference to such statute or statutory provision as amended, modified, re-enacted or replaced from time-to-time.
 
2. The Contract
The Contract shall be on these Terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, including any such terms and conditions that are purported to be included or applied by the Buyer. No terms and conditions contained in the confirmation of order, purchase order or other document of the Buyer will form part of the Contract.
 
3. Delivery and Availability
Any dates specified by the Company for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate only. If no date is specified for delivery of the Goods, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
 
4. Delivery Times
 
We aim to send your order in 10 working days.
 
UK:
 
Please allow up to 10 working days for confirmation of order for delivery.
 
Europe:
 
Please allow up to 14 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
 
 
Rest of the World:
 
Please allow up to 25 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
 
5. Delivery Charges ( Per Order )
 
UK / Channel Islands-Standard Delivery : £3.99
 
International delivery cost varies.
 
6. Cancellations, Exchanges and Refunds
 
If you change your mind on the day you place an order with us, you must call us on 02088898613 on same day to cancel the order. If you receive an item(s) which either is unsuitable or do not fit you may return these for either a replacement or an exchange. The item must be returned in the original packaging within 28 days of purchase with a copy of your receipt to the following address:

6.1 Sending the Form
 
Please fill in the form supplied, and please note that we are unable to refund on any postage and packaging. We are only able to refund in the same method as used to purchase the relevant item. Also note that you are responsible for all items(s) returned to us at our Mail Order Department, item(s) which are either lost or damaged during transit cannot be compensated. When you return good which either marked or damaged due to lack of care, we reserve the right to compensate you in full.
 
6.2 Faulty Item(s)
 
All faulty items must be sent with a copy of the receipt and the return form fully filled in which is supplied with the order. When we accept the item(s) as faulty we will refund the full amount including the postage cost incurred by sending the items(s). Also as a gesture of good will if you require an exchange we will post the item(s) back free of charge. Whereby we disagree on the fault of the product, we will let you know of our decision. If you however disagree with our decision, you have the right to forward the items(s) to arbitration, which will test and examine the items(s). If the decision made in your favour we will refund the full amount together with your £20 examination fee. If however they not find it in your favour you will lose the examination fee and any other postage fee incurred. Please note that the minimum fee for testing a product for a fault is £40, of which £20 is payable by the customer, you must supply the following:

A small report outlining the fault
 
7. Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 3 days from delivery. Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 3 days from delivery.
 
7.1 Incorrect Goods
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery. Subject to the other provisions of these Terms, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the goods.
 
8. Payment and Price
We accept payment in Great Britain Pounds (GBP) at present. Payment in full is required prior to delivery of the Goods. The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the amended price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT and mainland UK delivery.
 
9. General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such part shall be severed from these Terms which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
 
We are dedicated to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in agreement with the Data Protection Act 1998). We only collect information about you that we need to ensure rapid process of your order. We do not send unsystematic marketing emails to personal email addresses. We have no intention to collect sensitive information about your without your clear consent. The only information we hold about you is as below:
