I I also had to put them in my lathe and spin the outer housing for the dust shield to fit properly under the pulley. I would rate this product of five out of 10

I returned them and I’m waiting for my refund which is not late, but I can’t comment on that part until I got my money back. They expedited the return process quickly so I’m sure it just takes time and it’ll all be good.
