I contacted the customer service by email to answer a question about the energy ratings shown on the bulbs and I received a response within minutes. They gave me an update on the changes that had been made to energy ratings over the last few years which reassured me that I had received the correct item. And they said they'd be happy to help if I was not satisfied. I would recommend this company.

The item should have been dispatched along with another item but it wasn't. On contacting the seller, they apologised and dispatched the item which was received a couple of days later. Mistakes happen, the important thing is that they are rectified without fuss which was done here.
