First chip came and did not work; it was turning the power off in the unit when I tried to save and not connecting to the editor software. I contacted the seller who couldn’t understand why this was happening but without question immediately sent a replacement chip out. I received the replacement chip within 7 days and it is working perfectly, I have had no further issues. Excellent product and amazing customer service, would recommend. Thank you
