Completely out of the seller's hands as I did message them and they were quick to response and very polite about it. I would do business with the seller again as they are very friendly and the item came as described. The item came in outstanding condition as the seller did package the item very well. And just to be clear the seller did ship the item very fast so it was completely on usps.
