No longer suitable for framing by my personal standards though I didn't have plans to do so anyway. It was shipped in a plastic envelope with a scrap of cardboard that had a fold in it. The print itself was in better condition than described at a nice price.

The seller responded quickly and had me go through the return process. It was a pain to have to get it wrapped and prepared and driven to the post office, but, I know mistakes happen too. I just received my refund so am thankful for that. Sellers just really need to check orders better and make sure and send the right item. But it's fine now. The brochure was enclosed in a plastic sleeve, which was helpful because the envelope adhesive became stuck to it instead of the brochure. Pricing was good and shipping was in the ballpark.
