Throughout the transaction, the seller was professional, courteous, open to negotiation and replied to correspondence promptly. The item shipped quickly and was wrapped in secure packaging on the exterior and interior. Ive never seen a bubble wrap cacoon before. If you happen to be in the market for computers. The laptop was packaged against damage and the value was very *very* satisfactory. 100% pleased and would highly recommend.
