This was done by either packing or happened during shipping. It is open to question. A pity since this seller usually provides outstanding service. My advice to this seller and other sellers, do not use foam peanut packing. This allows too much movement for the model parts inside. The pieces were packed carefully and if any damages are sustained during packing i will reprint and replace the package. When this happens i contact the buyer to let them know. I have noticed that packages are taking longer to arrive at locations. I will begin to use bubble wrap as well as the packing peanuts. Thank you for your honestly. Unfortunately i don't have much control over how the post service physically handle the packages. I pay extra to prevent this :( .
