The seller did ship it the day of purchace, but the US Postal service took 2 weeks to deliver. It was the holidays so i have to give them a break. The coin was as pictured in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. I'm not sure its a proof but it is very nice an in excellent condition. Price was about average for a coin dealer. Well over one third of the lot were just from years 1958, 1957, and 1940. Missing numerous years within the described range.
