With this order, a longer period of time elapsed and I had not received the order. Upon initiating a resolution- the seller immediately remedied the situation! I ordered another patch since then and it arrived within the standard timeframe. Great seller!

One word of warning: their shipping tracker does not work and shows items as delivered when they were not. The item did arrive, but I had to contact them and wait a few days after the "delivery" date for it to arrive. The sellers were very helpful and polite!
