I contacted the seller and they were very accommodating. My sandal are of good quality beautiful condition and good value for money. The pictures of the sandals do not do them justice. When it arrived it didn’t match the description and was faulty, (sandals didn’t match, they were an odd pair. ) Again I asked for a refund but no response. EBay sorted it for me. Would not buy from this seller again

I had to pay to return them, I was not given the opportunity to accept or decline the offer of completely different items. After the seller agreed by text to pay the cost of postage and refund my payment, and several days of chasing, I received the cost of one pair only!! I have not received any refund or postage cost as agreed for the 2nd pair!! I will be taking this up as a complaint to Ebay. Would not recommend seller.
