Each softgel is 1,000 mg with an expiration date of 05/27. I didn't notice until they arrived that they're made with bovine gelatin. From past experience they tend to clump together and almost impossible to separate. I don't know if that's going to happen with these, so I put them in the refrigerator. Anyway, the package arrived in five days (free shipping). At $5.32 per 100, I got a great deal. Highly Recommended Seller!!

The good thing about fish pills is that you can tell if it is the real thing by the faint smell of fish when you open the lid and smell inside the bottle. I look forward to the health benefits from fish pills since they contain the super antioxidant Omega 3.
