He funded me the money I had sent for the repair because it turned out to be more than just a battery issue. He answered my questions and updated me throughout the repair process. My ipod returned a bit scratched and bent from the repair, but that is expected with thid type of thing. I think my only complaint is that the screen was scratched, which was probably avoidable and is a little upsetting.
