Ebay or a seller does not control Tariff or any other fees that a country charges. Wow mind boggling that someone would think that. Its called basic knowledge off ebays policy's and basic knowledge of buying something out side of the country. Also i under charged according to Ebays policy's for shipping. Block Buyer
