At that point the seller makes up a story about not having it to send. This is what happens with no reserve auctions. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. This seller will just cancel the item if it does not sell for what they think. Stay away from this seller. They should be banned from selling on eBay to prevent this from happening again.
