Seller says I “should be able to steam them out.” I just wanted an undamaged hat as shown in the auction. We took full responsibility for the condition of the item upon arrival and immediately issued a full refund for the hat's cost. We regret the confusion regarding shipping. Since you used a separate, third-party shipping agent (EGS), we did not collect that fee and therefore cannot process a refund for it. We did and do recommend reaching out to eBay directly for assistance with recouping the shipping cost from the third-party agent. Best wishes
