The seller is listed on eBay to be here in the US (Pennsylvania) and claimed to have more then 10 of these cards available so I expected to have received these cards within a week or two. Instead the seller ordered these cards from China and had them shipped to me taking much longer to receive the cards then expected. In all, I did receive these cards as promised.
