    Received the item as described and on schedule. Unfortunately, the item, which appeared to be as new (as advertised) did not work. The item was an external DVD drive, in an external enclosure. I confirmed that the DVD drive in the enclosure did indeed work, but the power supply in the enclosure appears to be bad. After indicating that I would like to keep the drive itself, the seller promptly issued a fair partial refund. It's nice to work with an honest and fair seller.
