The seller immediately refunded my purchase. 5 stars bc sometimes things don’t go perfectly but they did everything they could to make it right. And the item was as described bc it was in the original box; the seller just didn’t seem to know it was a defective item. Thank you!

There was a mix up at the post office, no fault of the seller, and seller was quick to respond and ended up issuing a refund. The day the refund was issued the correct package came. Seller offered item as a gift for mix up when I asked if refund could cancelled. Excellent communication through the whole transaction.
