There was a problem (not their fault) and with the item in the package, but these guys kept up communication and got things handled like true professionals. Life happens, but a good handler can make a bad situation positive. I would def do business with them again. They are always there to help and communicate through messages. Top notch condition and was well wrapped, great quality and works great. It was a low price for a very good price. And looks just like the original one.
