The Rhapsody Rocking Horse is beautiful, heavier than I thought, but the issue was with the musical part-very low and off tune. The seller has no responsibility for this item, as it is new, in its original package, and sealed. I received an immediate response from the seller with instructions on how to return. I wouldn't hesitate buying from them in the future.
