They make excuses to say the finish is acceptable. I opened a return and the postage the seller paid for was incorrect at 100g when the items weighed 132g at the post office, therefore I had to pay an extra £3.90 postage due to sellers MISTAKE..!! Now the seller has refused to pay my genuine postage costs despite providing photo/evidence.
