The problem with size of hat is common with online purchases. The manufacturer describes size as S/M and the seller attempts to match size you need from their stocks; but my luck that my 22" diameter head is a little too small for this 22-3/4" diameter head band. I don't know the answer to this shopping problem. I'm keeping the hat and downsizing it with safety pins in the head band.

I reached out to the seller and they responded with a full return. As soon as I dropped the hat off at the post office, they issued a refund. I am going to order another one and hope they send the right size...

The ebay seller did a good job. I always order from this brand/seller/company I will place a reorder from them again in the future. I did not like the delivery by USPS placing my package next to to fence. Any one could have stole/taken my package. USPS should have placed my box at the front door and knocked.
