My problem was with Australia Post, If someone can explain to me, how it took 13 days to travel some 640 km's north of Brisbane.......humn?

He sent me a total refund! His communication was excellent and he left me know immediately that there may be an issue. We gave it about 2 weeks to workout. It did not.
