From the beginning she expedited the order (even though I didn’t pay extra to have it expedited) and it arrived far earlier than expected. There was also a small concern (on my end, due to my own confusion) and she handled it in the most generous, unexpected way. It was the best customer service I ever had on EBay!! I love the bag. It’s even nicer in person. The leather is beyond soft. High end. Seller takes the time to ensure everything is perfect end to end!
