There was a lot of weirdness about muddying the waters of who was responsible for this pump shipping without ha handle that was obviously broken off, but the seller kept blaming the shipping department. This seems like a big company rather than a 1-2 person operation and some difficulty comes with that. They made it right but it took effort on my part over several weeks.

This substitute item arrived on time, extremely well packed, as described and although originally listed as a nonworking/parts-only item, was in fact, in partial working order, with the working part the one I most needed, anyway.
