The magnet in the handle barely attracts a bit inserted in the collet. The picture in the listing of many bits being magnetically attracted is misleading. A good design, but poorly executed. You can make the tool useable by gluing a small neodymium magnet inside the collet. However. If you want a quality tool, look elsewhere!
