But, the part I needed to fix my TV was largely unavailable and this came with a money-back guarantee, so I thought I'd give it a try.I'm glad that I did. While the shop was unable to repair my board, they located a compatible functioning board for me and sent that to me for the same price. My 75" TV is repaired now, and I didn't have to drop $1200 on a new one.Thanks, Nick's TVs!

Once I had purchased the service I felt informed and looked after from beginning to end. Extremely professional and great communication. I was updated as my device moved through their facility, receiving the news it was fixed. Found Nick's repair service and decided to go that route instead. They did the common fix, tested for that and sent it back. Turned out the CPU was also bad which required extra service and specialized equipment. Decided to go with it and am pleased to report everything is good! Nick's maintained great communication throughout. Great eBayer, excellent service, will definitely use again. A+++++++
