It was shorter, had a notch in the center support and was not embossed with the HP part number as in listing photo. Contacted seller and provided picture. Seller did not apologize for their error but stated that item shipped was compatible. After I insisted that I wanted what was listed, seller offered to ship what I had ordered. USPS label created the next day but USPS hadn't received the item over a week later. I then initiated a return.

The only thing I didn't like was they automated messages. I had to reach out to them about my order and recieved an automated response first, and then got an actual response. Would recommend.
