The seller asked me for photos of my toilet and seat and quickly advised me of the correct buffer set. Arrived quickly and they were as the originals.

But, because the supplied buffers seemed to fit rather easily into the holes in my toilet seat, I did contact OddColours asking "Do I need to do anything extra to ensure the buffers stay in place? Glue? tape?". Their answer was "No". This is very surprising, given we have sold well in excess of 300 sets of these buffers without ANY previous issues. Perhaps there was a slight and very very unexpected glitch in the manufacture of your specific buffers, but buffer sets - once identified for the actual seat - shouldn't ever need glueing or sealing in with anything else.
