My order wasn't flagged to cancel so I received it. They were very responsive when I said I had tried to cancel it, they gave me a full free refund. And said I did not have to return them. The seller I think definitely takes care of his customers. If I was looking for cross stitch I would order from them but I'm not.

Can’t wait to stitch it — it’s beautiful! Great item, excellent value with the shop’s discounts.
