They were very willing to help, put in extra time and effort to assess the functionality of the binoculars, and went above and beyond with extra cleaning to verify the quality of the wear/tear condition prior to shipping. All this without adding extra fees (great value). It was well packaged, shipping was immediate, and arrived quickly within days as described.

Seller's communications & offered resolution were very acceptable.
