Upon raising this with the seller, they immediately wanted to make it right, so quickly resolved the issue with a full refund since no new alternative’s were available to ship. Excellent customer service as mistakes do happen. A great seller on eBay, and a marvellous example for many others to follow.

Overall I was disappointed that I didn’t get the style of trainers that I wanted but happy with the customer service that I received.
