Cosmetic blemishes on the case are very minor if they are even present, and the keyboard, mouse, and screen all function perfectly. The only drawback keeping this from a solid 5 is that the charger that was included was non-functional on arrival, so keep in mind that you may need to get one separately in your own.

I became ill shortly after it arrived, so I couldn't mess with it till the return time was almost over. It wouldn't charge, but on board diagnostics said the battery was fine. I bought a new power supply on Ebay, and the computer works fine.
