Usps jammed it in the mailbox to make it fit and bent multiple sides.

I reached out to the seller for support. After an initial response from the seller promising to send a replacement, they did not follow through. My inquiry about a tracking number for the replacement went unanswered. With graduation less than a week away, I am left scrambling for another option.
