These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button.
After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in by e-mail . Please note that this e-mail is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order.
We will confirm stock availability & delivery charges before we confirm your order and process payment.
Orders are taken by telephone, e-mail, internet, facsimile, in writing or verbally over the supplier’s trade counter facilities. Orders are made up to the purchaser’s requirements. Should any products not be available a back order will be raised which will be treated as an order when the said products are available in stock to despatch. All orders for delivery next working day (Monday-Friday) must be in prior to 12 pm.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER:
Any order; placed by telephone, e-mail, internet, facsimile, in writing or verbally, cancelled by the purchaser, may result in a charge being made by the Supplier.
Payments must be received in full prior to shipping. Payments made by cheque are subject to 5 days bank clearance. The vuplusuk.com Online Shop accepts UK Debit and Credit cards through Paypal. All the card details and other sensitive information from The Purchaser will be processed on a secure server using the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128-bits provided by BT Trustwise and Verisign offered by Paypal
NONE OF YOUR CARD DETAILS WILL BE DISCLOSED TO US, NOR WILL YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS BE DISCLOSED OR PASSED IN ANY WAY TO ANY THIRD PARTY.
Prices and Payment
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They include any VAT payable, but delivery charges may vary (all delivery charges are added before your final chance to accept the transaction)
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products plus delivery. Any additional services you require (e.g. installation) can be provided at an additional cost where available.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
Delivery must be to the credit card holders address unless prior arrangement has been made with vuplusuk.com Shop if so details can be given in the notes section of your order you can also request a delivery address here and we will notify you if there are any problems. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by standard post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of product ordered we try our best to dispatch all orders in the specified period shown with the product in the checkout. You usually only pay one delivery charge, irrespective of the number of products ordered. If you order two or more products which fall into different categories, a higher charge may apply
There are additional charges if you choose a premium delivery service, (i.e. Saturday delivery)
How we Deliver
Products are generally delivered either by Courier or by royal mail.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after 1.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.
Where we Deliver
We do delivery in Uk , Ireland, and Europe, for any other country contact us and we can arrange the delivery for you.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a resalable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
Products we are Unable to Refund or Exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any specially ordered or customised products. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Cancellation of Order
If you cancel your order, we will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the full selling price.
If the product comes to you damaged, or not fully working we will replace the product with a new one.
Other products fully working , 7 days return.
