Got notification they got a shipping label. Company never packed or shipped the product. A week later, no change in status. I contacted them to ask status. They said "oh, we never pulled it off the shelf......we refunded your money". They didnt ask if I wanted to cancel. So now besides losing the time , I had to re-source the product elsewhere, reorder and wait. I would not order anything from them.
